Description

This PromptPlay is designed to help HR Managers create documents such as Survey Plan or Performance Improvement Plan with ease. With this PromptPlay, you can select the document you want to create and then answer specific questions to generate a first draft of the document. The PromptPlay can be customized for any document type or job role.

How To Use It

To use the PromptPlay, run it from the menu bar or via keyboard shortcut. You will be prompted to select the document you want to create. The PromptPlay will then determine the specific questions needed to generate a first draft of the document. You can answer these questions in natural language, and the PromptPlay will generate a summary and create a first draft of the document.

Example Use Cases

Create a Survey Plan - If you need to create a Survey Plan for your company, run the PromptPlay and select the "Survey Plan" document type. You will be prompted to answer specific questions such as the purpose of the survey, the target audience, and the types of questions to include. The PromptPlay will generate a summary and create a first draft of the Survey Plan.

Create a Performance Improvement Plan - If you need to create a Performance Improvement Plan for an employee, run the PromptPlay and select the "Performance Improvement Plan" document type.
